Telling Architectural has a quest to enhance its reputation in the field of advanced façade cladding technology.
The recent investments in the manufacturing plant at Four Ashes, Wolverhampton further extend our capabilities for large format GRC panels and in particular brick faced GRC.
The wireless bar code scanning system installed for the recently completed TIQ project for Prater Limited, created instant traceability for the 9000 panels through the seven stages of manufacturing, inspection and packing.
To further our goal Telling has installed overhead crane lifting and conveyor concrete distribution supplied by Warwickshire-based Niko Ltd, a leading European manufacturer in their field. They will help to further our reputation for just in time sequencing, precision and quality.
These and other plant additions such as a tilting table improve productivity and efficiency, enabling us to secure supply contracts from a series high profile clients for the design and supply of innovative façades.
There are plans for the relocation/expansion in the second quarter of 2016, doubling the production capacity and creating space for further research and development of emerging technologies such as Brickspan®.
Telling produces a wide range of GRC panels from basic flat panels to more complex 3D and curved designs which can be pre-fabricated and pre-finished in ceramic or brick.
